As our Quality Control Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and entering quality data into our systems, assisting in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, and generating accurate reports that aid in decision-making. This position requires a strong eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to address any quality-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Review and enter quality control data into company systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Generate detailed quality control reports for management and other departments.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Participate in training sessions to continually enhance knowledge of quality control protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in quality control, data entry, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify discrepancies in data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies is a plus.
