Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in hiring Quality Control Inspectors in Dayville, CT. We are seeking candidates ranging from entry-level to those with 3+ years of quality control experience for temp-to-perm opportunities on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Starting Pay: $20 per hour (plus shift differential) Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shifts Position Type: Temp to perm (initially temporary with potential to convert to permanent) What you’ll be doing: Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality Measure and test products using tools such as micrometers, gauges, and vision systems Identify defects and ensure products meet specifications Accurately document inspection results following quality standards What we’re looking for: High School Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools Comfortable reading drawings, specs, and work instructions Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Team-oriented with strong communication skills Preferred (not required): Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or FDA/cGMP environments Prior manufacturing or medical device experience ASQ certification or Six Sigma exposure Why consider this role: Opportunity to get your foot in the door or grow your QC career Multiple shifts available to fit your schedule Temp-to-perm pathway with long-term potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
