Responsibilities: Inspect incoming raw materials, customer-supplied materials, returned goods, and special components. Conduct finished goods, start-up, and in-process inspections. Monitor production areas as directed. Measure and record data on inspection forms or job cards. Perform testing and record data for statistical process control (SPC) during manufacturing as needed. Report non-conforming products or out-of-control processes to the Quality Control Supervisor. Communicate test failures or other concerns to Manufacturing Engineers. Set up computer programs for label printing on cutting lines. Assist Engineering with experimental testing. Enter finished goods inspection data into the BMS. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Good documentation practices. Understanding of part workmanship. Ability to handle numbers. Strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency with micrometers, computers, testing equipment, and electronic balances. Experience with Excel preferred. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing). #J-18808-Ljbffr
