Quality Control Inspector Apply
Job Description Weckworth Manufacturing, Inc. is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a full‑time 4‑day work week with overtime on Friday and Saturday as needed. The inspector will be responsible for inspecting all outgoing textile products to ensure they meet customer and quality requirements while maintaining production flow. The role will collaborate with production and engineering personnel to resolve any quality issues. Duties and Responsibilities Examine material goods and products on the production line and approve or reject items based on engineering requirements. Perform First Article Inspecting (FAI), approving In‑Process Inspection and Final Inspection. Conduct visual and measurement tests. Advise and communicate required adjustments or corrections to Production Leads/Supervisors and Directors. Document inspection results by completing reports and logs per company procedures. Perform all other activities and duties assigned by the supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications Minimum 1+ year continuous experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment. Ability to analyze, read, and interpret blueprints, measurements, and testing tools (testing will be administered). Knowledge of GD&T. Ability to recognize and report issues to the appropriate departments, leads, and supervisors. Effective communication skills. High accuracy and attention to detail. Computer literacy for research and document review (Microsoft Office). Ability to work independently and with a team while remaining focused, energetic, hardworking, and dependable. Physical ability to stand 10 hours a day, bend, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs. Capability to work in a fast‑paced non‑aerospace environment and perform multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines. Job Type Full‑time, Monday‑Thursday 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM with overtime on Friday and Saturday as needed. Compensation $17‑21 per hour.
