By maintaining compliance, supporting production teams in real time, and reinforcing quality processes, you’ll help drive reliability, safety, and precision across high-tonnage fabrication operations. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform visual inspections, dimensional checks, layout verification, and welding parameter monitoringMaintain QC documentation, logs, and inspection recordsSupport welder qualification testing and coordinate QC hold pointsConduct bolt rotational capacity tests and assist with Total Station measurementsCollaborate closely with welders, lead personnel, production teams, shipping, and external inspectorsCommunicate real-time quality decisions to keep production accurate and compliant Ideal Candidate ProfileRequired: Current CWI or ASNT VT Level II certificationStrong blueprint reading and knowledge of welding codesProficient with measurement tools and visual inspection techniquesDetail-oriented, safety-focused, and strong communicatorPreferred: ASNT MT Level II, UT Level II, NACE/SSPC BCI Level I, or heavy fabrication shop experienceSubmit resume to or apply online.
