**Job Description:** We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector (First Shift) to perform final inspections on railcars to ensure the required work is completed and in compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. The QC Inspector will also support the production team with other quality initiatives as needed.**Job Requirements:** Work with production to identify and plan for the day’s shipments to ensure verifications and inspections are made in a timely manner.Ability to use railroad gauges, testing techniques, and test equipment necessary for railcar inspections. Ability to instruct employees on proper railcar maintenance activities using established procedures and training materials. Able to perform tasks that require climbing and balancing on ladders and platforms.
