Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA required.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 8 years of experience in tax preparation and review, with a focus on quality control or tax review in a CPA firm environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws; proficiency in tax software and MS Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
