We serve customers across the U.S. and globally in industries including engines, industrial manufacturing, agriculture, marine, food processing, and power generation.

We’re currently seeking a hands-on Quality Control Manager to own our quality program and ensure continuous production of parts consistent with customer and regulatory standards. • Lead product inspections throughout the production cycle
  • Support continuous improvement across departments
  • Manage Quality Control Technicians and quality training programs
  • Partner with production, engineering, and vendors to improve product quality and reduce costs
  • Investigate customer complaints, RMAs, and quality issues
  • Prepare Production Part Approval Process (PPAPs) and support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and fixed cost projects
  • Monitor and report customer quality metrics
  • Oversee calibration and certification of QC and measurement tools
  • Support GD&T reviews and new product/process development

Qualifications:

  • Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
  • Knowledge of CMM operation, PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, 3D scanning, and Roamer arm
  • Strong leadership and Quality Control technical skills including Microsoft Office proficiency (MIETrak manufacturing software experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills with the ability to solve quality-related problems, analyze data and present to teams and customers
  • Familiarity with High QA systems preferred

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
  • Medical, dental, vision, disability, critical illness, accident and voluntary life insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Profit sharing plan
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Collaborative and supportive environment

If you’re passionate about quality, love being hands-on, and want to make a real impact in a modern manufacturing environment, we’d love to meet you. Apply today and help us continue building products—and a culture—you can be proud of.
