Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead and implement the project Quality Control program. The QC Manager will oversee all QC activities on-site, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation throughout all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the project Quality Control (QC) program
• Attend coordination and mutual understanding meetings
• Perform and manage the three phases of control
• Review and approve submittals
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and QC documentation
• Manage QC Specialists, testing labs, and inspection personnel
• Coordinate and notify Special Inspectors as required
• Ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1 safety standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Licensed Architect preferred
• Minimum 4 years of similar construction experience
• Experience working Army Core Construction Projects. (USACE)
• At least 2 years of experience as a QC Manager
• Working knowledge of EM 385-1-1, hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

Employment Requirement:

• Prior experience with working on projects with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers preferred
