Quality Control TechnicianCardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for a plastic container manufacturer in Perrysburg, OH. A successful Quality Control Technician should have advanced measuring skills, excellent troubleshooting skills, experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $16.50/hr to $17.50/hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.Available shifts include:2nd shift: Monday-Friday 4:00 pm-12:00 am with some weekend overtime.Training on 1st shift for 6 weeks. Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm.Responsibilities of the Quality Control Technician:Tests and measures products to verify the fulfillment of quality standards and specifications.Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product or production related issues.Assist with developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.Monitor and analyze quality performance data and analytics.Inspects and carries out various testing of products at defined intervals of the production line process.Ability to interpret BOMs (Bill of Materials).Required Qualifications of the Quality Control Technician:2+ years experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspections, or a similar role.2+ years experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with quality systems and controls.Mathematical and measuring skills.About Cardinal StaffingAt Cardinal Staffing, a Surestaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
