Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Santa Paula, CA

Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Perform visual and physical inspections of finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Conduct sampling and testing using various gauges, tools, and measurement equipment, both mechanical and electrical.
  • Document inspection results accurately and update reports and logs regularly.
  • Identify products requiring rework and communicate necessary adjustments to production teams.
  • Provide training and guidance to shop personnel on quality processes and standards.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a Quality Control Technician or similar role.
  • Experience with hand and power tools, and understanding of electrical and hydraulic schematics.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general internet use.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and within a team.
