QUALITY ENGINEER - BRUGES (BELGIUM) - PERMANENT POSITIONAs a Quality Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring that products and processes consistently meet defined requirements throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. You contribute to stable, efficient production by monitoring quality performance, identifying risks and deviations, and driving structural improvements rather than short-term fixes.In this role, you work at the intersection of production, engineering, suppliers, and customers. You use data and structured problem-solving methods to analyze quality performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help prioritize actions based on impact and risk.
