Job Description: Leverage quality engineering principles to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize product development, manufacturing, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Investigate and analyze quality and compliance issues (e.g., CAPA, non-conformances) before product release; prepare detailed reports.
• Design and conduct experiments to validate and improve products and processes, including material evaluation.
• Optimize manufacturing processes using engineering methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean); identify redesign opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Maintain technical content of risk management files and create training materials for effective knowledge transfer.
• Assign tasks and instruct technicians; provide training and feedback, and coordinate technician work.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; ability to read technical drawings; solid understanding of engineering principles and quality systems.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; basic statistical knowledge; attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills; adept at building internal/external relationships.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
