Quality Engineer – Dublin, GA (Onsite)

Direct Hire | 12.5% bonus | Relocation available

Summary:

Seeking a mid-to-senior Quality Engineer (6+ years) with strong experience in manufacturing/aerospace environments. This role focuses on quality systems, statistical analysis, process improvement, and supplier/customer quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality standards, systems, and inspection plans
• Perform statistical analysis (SPC, sampling, process capability, hypothesis testing)
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement (Lean)
• Conduct internal & supplier audits; drive supplier quality improvement
• Support product development with manufacturability and quality input
• Interface with customers and regulatory bodies; support audits
• Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) and failure investigations
• May lead projects / mentor junior staff

Requirements:

• BS in Engineering (required)
• 6+ years quality engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of quality tools, statistical methods, and manufacturing processes
• Aerospace or similar industry preferred
• ASQ certification preferred
