They produce precision components for the medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods industries—components that literally make a difference in people’s lives every day.They’ve earned national recognition for quality and operational excellence and are deeply committed to continuous improvement, environmental responsibility, and delivering unmatched value to their customers.The Role: Quality Engineer As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be a central resource for quality initiatives, working across manufacturing, production, and customer service teams. Your work will help reduce nonconformance, drive process improvement, and ensure products exceed expectations.This position is based in Elbridge, NY, with occasional travel to other locations as needed.What You’ll Do:Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiativesReview and resolve non-conforming product issuesDevelop qualification protocols and control plansEnsure regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, etc.)Support process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), including software validationWork with Quality Technicians and Auditors to define procedures and standardsPrepare technical reports for both internal and external useAct as the point of contact for key customer quality discussionsSupport site visits and audits in the Northeast regionPreferred Experience:ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, or USDA experienceFamiliarity with metrology tools and measurement processesBackground in molding, automation, or medical device manufacturingKnowledge of Six Sigma tools (certification a plus)Experience with validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation)Strong technical writing skillsThat Said… If you don’t check every box but have a degree in Chemistry and a strong interest in quality systems, we’re still interested!
