My client, a manufacturer of aerospace components in a precision manufacturing setting, is seeking an Aerospace Quality Engineer to play a visible and high-impact role within their Quality organization. This role serves as a key resource ensuring regulatory compliance, internal audit effectiveness, and customer quality expectations are consistently met. You will lead and support internal and external audits, participate as a senior member of the Material Review Board (MRB), support First Article Inspection documentation, and drive corrective and preventive action initiatives. This is a hands‑on quality engineering role requiring independent judgment, strong documentation skills, and the ability to influence multiple departments. What You’ll Do Ensure compliance with AS9100 and applicable regulatory requirements Maintain strong internal auditing practices and support audit readiness Lead and support internal and external audits and source inspections Serve as a senior member of the Material Review Board (MRB) Write, review, and approve First Article Inspection documentation Drive root cause corrective action (RCCA) investigations and responses Support FAA and EASA documentation and regulatory requirements Investigate and respond to customer quality complaints Provide quality engineering support to manufacturing and assembly teams What You’ll Bring Greater than 2 years of experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing quality Strong internal auditing experience required AS9100 experience strongly preferred ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485 experience considered Experience supporting FAA and/or EASA compliance environments MRB participation and corrective action leadership experience Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of quality initiatives “Go-getter” mindset with strong communication and leadership presence Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience How To Apply We’d love to see your resume, but we don’t need it to have a conversation.
