Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Manage and close Quality Notifications (QNs) in a timely and thorough manner.* Perform trend analysis on production and quality data to identify recurring issues.* Lead root cause investigations using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA.* Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).* Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.* Support internal and external audits ensuring compliance with quality standards.* Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).* Generate reports and dashboards to communicate quality metrics and progress.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role (preferred in the Food or Chemical industry).* Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, SPC, CAPA).* Experience with QMS software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI).* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.* Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.**How You Would Stand Out*** Certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma, or Lean.* Experience in a manufacturing quality environment.* Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.* Opportunity to make a measurable impact on production efficiency and customer satisfaction.* Supportive leadership and a collaborative work environment.* A culture committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.* Access to global expertise and learning resources.* Career development and growth opportunities.* Inclusive, diverse, and welcoming workplace.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
