Trillium is now hiring a Quality Engineer in Glastonbury, CT for a direct-hire opportunity!

Schedule is Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will help ensure product quality, improve processes, and maintain documentation to meet customer and industry standards. This is a direct hire position with excellent benefits.

What You’ll Do

-Develop and maintain work instructions (WIs) and quality documentation

-Manage FAIRs and PPAPs per customer requirements

-Support production using SPC data analysis, LEAN initiatives, and process improvements

-Assist with SolidWorks design, automated inspection, and troubleshooting as needed

What We’re Looking For

-8+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering

-Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards

-Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD preferred

-Strong problem-solving and communication skills
