About the JobThis role is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality assurance systems and processes across manufacturing and operational functions. The ideal candidate will partner closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to ensure products and processes meet internal quality standards as well as customer and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead problem identification, root cause analysis, corrective actions, loss reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesDesign, implement, and maintain methods for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspectionDevelop, execute, analyze, and present quality metrics and reporting to support business and operational decisionsUtilize statistical and quality tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and reduce variationSupport internal and external quality audits, including preparation, execution, and follow‑up on corrective actionsCollaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams to improve product and process qualityAssist with documentation, standard operating procedures, and quality system maintenance as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline3+ years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or industrial environmentStrong working knowledge of common quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, root cause analysis, continuous improvement techniques)Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable improvementsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical teamsSalary Range: $75,000-$85,000Benefits:Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance401(k) offeringPaid time off and holidays (80 hours PTO)Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.LHH is a leader in permanent recruitment—and in the placement of top talent.
