Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections using drawings, procedures, and instructions; accept or refer parts based on findings.
  • Use measuring instruments to check dimensions, record results, and calculate non-conformance.
  • Conduct in-line inspections to ensure adherence to operation sheets and quality standards.
  • Identify and arrange repair or replacement of inspection equipment as needed.
  • Support quality initiatives, audits, Lean/continuous improvement, and reduce rework/MRB.
  • Assist in investigations, maintain safety practices, perform routine equipment upkeep, and support additional tasks/training as required.
