Competitive salary commensurate with experience with an amazing benefits package!

M-F, day schedule!


Knowledge and skills:

  • Must be an excellent problem solver and competent in performing root cause analysis.

  • Experience with LEAN and six sigma programs.

  • Knowledge of inspection control methods, techniques, and documentation. 

  • Experience with failure modes, Effects Analysis (FMEA).

  • Experience with AS9102, MIL-STD-1916, ANSI-ASME 14.5M.

  • Able to use hand-held measuring tools and CMM (in programming)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Knowledge of statistical software such as JMP, All Clear, Minitab, etc.)


Duties of the position:

  • Review supporting manufacturing documentation to ensure it contains necessary provisions to permit effective material inspection and testing.

  • Develop, execute and analyze quality reporting metrics.

  • Analyze customer complaints/returned products and recommend corrective actions.

  • Perform ISO 9000 and internal audits’ play key role in customer /surveillance/compliance audits. 


Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Quality or Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Material Science).



Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the electronics, microelectronics, PCB or plating industries. Thick film printing experience is a plus.


Professional Certifications: CQE or other ASQ certifications desirable, Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
