Join our team in beautiful Panama City, FL, and play a key role in driving product excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of quality across our operations.As our next Quality Engineer, you’ll be the champion behind our Quality Management System (QMS), leading critical initiatives to reduce defects, resolve root causes, and raise the bar for customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do:Develop and enforce quality procedures, inspection criteria, and documentation.Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure product compliance and reliability.Analyze production data and quality trends to recommend actionable improvements.Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.Lead root cause analysis and implement CAPA strategies.Monitor supplier performance and assist in supplier development initiatives.Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and compliance documentation.Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.Provide training and mentorship on quality systems and best practices.Support initiatives that directly improve customer satisfaction and product integrity.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field(or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience)Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or technical quality environmentProficient in quality tools: FMEA, PDCA, Six Sigma, LeanSkilled in SPC, Minitab, and QMS platformsExcellent communicator and team collaboratorStrong analytical and root cause investigation skillsPreferred Extras:Familiarity with ISO 9001, FAI, FAT, SATInternal auditing experienceWorking knowledge of risk management and preventive action systemsWork Environment:Office-based with occasional visits to production floorStandard weekday hours with limited travelPrimarily indoor setting with minimal exposure to airborne dustCollaborative team environment where your ideas make a differenceContribute to world-class quality standards and customer satisfactionReady to make your mark in Quality Engineering?Apply now and help us build better, smarter, and stronger—one product at a time.
