Manage and monitor the testing, inspecting and auditing of processes. To ensure we are maintaining and exceeding our customers quality requirements. QE will support Engineering, Production and Inspection Departments. The goal is too continually improve our quality and processes.

No relocation funding.

Must be authorized to work in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

· Knowledge of AS9100, AS13100 and ISO requirements and organized quality manual, procedures, quality forms.

· Perform internal audits

· Support external audits

· Review of Contracts per customer requirement

· Approve Purchase orders

· Leads the development of inspection plans, methods & FAI process to AS9102

· PPAP plan approval for Pratt and Whitney

· Leading teams to investigate the root cause of customer escapes and non-conformances and determine appropriate corrective/preventive actions.

· Control of Suppliers

· Assist in managing quality awareness

· Create inspection plans

· Working in teams and provide technical support to inspectors

Basic Qualifications:

· 5 Years’ quality experience required

· Must be able to read engineering drawing

· Computer knowledge of general Microsoft office and Ideagen

· Knowledge of Pratt & Whitney, General Electric and Sikorsky quality requirements

· Must have excellent computer skills

· Lead Auditor is preferred

·DQR (AS13001) certification is preferred
