Work directly with the Quality department under mentorship of a senior engineer to ensure quality compliance and standards. This position will be exposed to all quality activities within the organization; participating in audits, data collection, process improvement, and training and development. #CPE Principle Duties (includes, but is not limited to) Assist in the development and execution of quality control plans and inspection procedures. Participate in audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and finished goods. Root cause investigation & corrective actions. Support investigations into customer‑reported quality issues using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, or FMEA. Help implement and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence. Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement. Use statistical methods to evaluate process capability and product performance. Maintain accurate records of inspections, non‑conformances, and corrective actions. Prepare reports and presentations for internal quality reviews and customer communications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve manufacturing and quality processes. Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures. Participate in internal audits and support external audit readiness. Attend training sessions on quality systems, tools, and company‑specific procedures. Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands‑on experience in quality engineering practices.
