Overview Join the Quality Engineering Technician role at Bel Fuse Inc. The Quality team supports high‑tech product development and manufacturing for aerospace and defense customers. Responsibilities Conduct mechanical and electrical testing and inspection/verification of new and existing products, raw material, warranty returns, and calibration. Provide test reports with recommendations for improvement and assist in simple test fixture construction for material, product or process analysis. Perform audits on sub‑assemblies or completed products and participate in AS9100, ISO and Lean Manufacturing activities for problem prevention, corrective actions and solution verification. Maintain data collection, entry or reporting to assure product conformance, process capability or equipment calibration and set‑up and operate a variety of mechanical or electronic measuring equipment. Qualifications Minimum of three years relevant quality experience. Must have knowledge of inspection techniques and blueprint reading. High School Diploma or equivalent.
