We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for performing inspections, conducting tests, maintaining records, and ensuring that all products meet internal and external quality standards, including AS9100 and customer-specific requirements. Hours: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Fridays- opportunity for overtime KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect in-process and finished aerospace components using a variety of tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMMs, etc) Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) per AS9100 standards Assis in root cause analysis and corrective preventative actions for nonconforming products Review manufacturing documentation for compliance with quality requirements Maintain accurate inspection records, test data, and nonconformance reports Support internal and external audits, including AS9100 audits and customer quality visits Calibrate measuring tools and equipment as required Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues Monitor and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality inspection within aerospace or precision manufacturing Strong knowledge of AS9100 and FAA regulatory requirements Proficiency with measurement tools and techniques Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, GD&T, and blueprints Working knowledge of quality management systems and software Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
