This position is for a Quality Inspector for Component and Final Assembly inspection working under general supervision. Performing basic to moderate product feature inspections on purchased parts and in-house assemblies in comparison to released engineering requirements. What You Will Do Perform inspection of completed hardware inclusive of purchased parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Visual inspection is the primary method of validation. Requires validation of dimensional information and test reports. Review end-item data package and in-process paperwork related to the product. This is inclusive of ATP validation, router/work instruction review, nonconforming document review and validation, and CoC information. Fluent in understanding blueprint and specification information to make conformity decisions. Ability and experience in creating nonconforming material reports (Q-Notes). Perform ancillary duties aligned to inspector job classification as assigned. What You Will Bring Associate/2-year degree with 5 years quality experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office (working knowledge and experience with Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous inspection experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Working experience with SAP and CATIA is a plus Pay Range: $23 - $25 Per hour Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. Work Requirements This role is considered an on-site position located in Haltom City, TX You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm. Opportunity for voluntary overtime on Friday-Sunday. Travel requirements Due to the nature of the work, Zero of travel is required.
