By maintaining rigorous inspection processes and supporting continuous product improvements, you’ll contribute to our mission of delivering superior products with zero defects. Your efforts will help build a culture of quality and safety, ensuring that every product meets our customers’ needs and complies with industry standards. Description As a Quality Inspector, your work directly impacts our ability to meet high‑quality standards and exceed customer expectations. By maintaining rigorous inspection processes and supporting continuous product improvements, you’ll contribute to our mission of delivering superior products with zero defects. Your efforts will help build a culture of quality and safety, ensuring that every product meets our customers’ needs and complies with industry standards. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications in quality control or manufacturing preferred. Experience: At least one year of experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing role, with hands‑on experience in blueprint reading and product testing. Skills & Knowledge: Strong ability to interpret detailed blueprints and technical specifications. Proficiency in basic math, measurement tools, and inspection processes. Basic blueprint reading knowledge is preferred (training is available for the right candidate). Communication & Detail‑Oriented: Strong communication skills for reporting quality issues, along with the ability to maintain detailed inspection records and documentation. Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with supervisors and other team members to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Physical Demands Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift (approx. 80%). Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally, with the use of forklifts and material‑handling equipment as needed. Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling may be required for certain inspection tasks. Safety equipment provided: steel‑toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
