Responsibilities As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting the quality of medium‑heavy duty truck chassis manufactured at our plant. You will perform visual and functional inspections, identify defects and non‑conformities, and report them to the VP of Service. You will also verify the compliance of the products with the specifications, standards, and customer requirements. You will work in a team‑oriented environment, following the quality procedures and policies, and ensuring the safety of yourself and others. This position will adhere to the Battle Motors Environmental Health and Safety Program by following all safety rules, procedures, practices, training, and safe use of equipment; this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. This individual will work in a way that stresses the importance of preventing injury, accidents, or illnesses to themselves or co‑workers by correcting or reporting unsafe situations, incidents, or occurrences to their Supervisor immediately.
