Position Overview The primary role of the Microflex Inspector is to perform final inspection and packaging of product in preparation of shipping the product to the customer and may assist in other areas as needed. The position is a full-time hourly position with some overtime required at times. Essential Duties and Requirements Use Gage Pins and other inspection tools to check for proper hole size. Visually Inspect Microflex parts for Defects under 4000k LED Lighting: Bent Stains Scratches Resist Pits Breakdown Assist in other areas as needed. Desired Skills and Experience A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented. Promotes teamwork, cooperation and commitment to “Total Customer Satisfaction” among team members. Good oral and written skills. Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. on occasion. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Responsible for upkeep of manufacturing areas and providing a clean and safe work environment.
