Essential Job Functions Perform routine quality control testing and laboratory activities in accordance with established procedures. Record observations, measurements and test results accurately and maintain quality documentation. Support receipt, inspection and verification of raw materials and finished products. Clean, disinfect and maintain laboratory glassware, equipment and workspaces to GMP standards. Collaborate with colleagues across laboratory, operations and R&D teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Promote and maintain adherence to food safety, quality and regulatory standards (GMP, HACCP, FDA, SQF). Work safely, identify irregularities and proactively raise quality or safety concerns. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma with relevant laboratory experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field. 0–2 years of experience in a quality control, GLP or GMP laboratory environment preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic scientific and mathematical skills applicable to laboratory testing and data interpretation. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
