Find out more about us: Lake Regional Health System is seeking a professional, detail-orientated Quality Management Specialist to join our Quality Management team who can provide an excellent collaborative team-centered leader. Responsibilities include: Prepare & present monthly and quarterly reports for review. Prepares case summaries and present data in a variety of settings. Supports the use of process and performance improvement data to support best practice processes and implement change as needed. Contributes and supports technology integration and migration with other system information systems as needed. Assures confidentiality is maintained at all times in all aspects of job related duties. Oversee the development and maintain requirements surrounding electronically collected quality metrics. Serve as a subject matter expert during regulatory site visits. Maintain the submission and participation in local, federal, private payer reporting programs may include, but not limited to DHSS, HHVBP, QHIP, HAC reduction, Star Rating, etc. Communicate results to a variety of audiences. Other performance improvement projects or tasks assigned by the manager of quality & patient experience.
