Quality Manager PackagingOur client, located near the Illinois-Indiana border, produces packaging solutions used by consumers across the globe. With a strong focus on both employees and customers, this dynamic and expanding organization offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in Quality Management.Job DescriptionPrepare and lead all internal and external audits, maintaining ISO9001 compliance. Develop and handle all inspection and testing processes. Manage a team of quality engineers to guide and train them on core quality activity. Utilize data and resources internally to make informed business and operational decisions. Work directly with the site general manager to ensure all business metrics are exceeded. Handle all root cause analysis and subsequent corrective actions. Maintain quality lab records. Ability to speak directly with customers, handling all corrective actions. Proven knowledge in Root Cause Analysis and problem solving methodologies like 8D/5Why. Measurement and validation experience. Food Grade manufacturing environment a plus. Bachelors degree a plus. Sponsorship is not provided.What's on OfferSalary range: 75,000 to 105,000 depending on experience and interviews. 3 weeks PTO. Company Paid Holidays. 401k match. Medical/dental/vision plans offered. Supplemental plans offered.
