Develop and handle all inspection and testing processes. Manage a team of quality engineers to guide and train them on core quality activity. Utilize data and resources internally to make informed business and operational decisions. Work directly with the site general manager to ensure all business metrics are exceeded. Handle all root cause analysis and subsequent corrective actions. Maintain quality lab records. Working knowledge of plastics manufacturing, specifically injection molding and thermoforming. Strong knowledge surrounding ISO9001 compliance. Ability to speak directly with customers, handling all corrective actions. Proven knowledge in Root Cause Analysis and problem solving methodologies like 8D/5Why. Measurement and validation experience. Food Grade manufacturing environment a plus. Bachelors degree a plus.
