A multinational manufacturer of absorbent / paper products with a state-of-the-art facility in the Highland Park, Pennsylvania area is seeking a Quality Manager for a Direct-Hire opportunity with their growing company. These are excellent opportunities for Quality Managers or Process Managers looking to join a company that is expanding rapidly, and has strategic partnerships with well known retail customers you can help grow with excellent products.

The Quality Manager’s is anticipated to be salaried in the $100,000 to $135,000 range based on each candidate's experience and education. Qualified Quality Managers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

· A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or closely related.

· 5+ years of recent/relevant quality / process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, or experience in medical device production.

· Experience with Minitab, Six Sigma, ASQ certifications, and/or lean manufacturing knowledge is essential.

· Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally- visit in house manufacturing plants, suppliers, customers, etc.

· Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)

· Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks, including background, drug screen, references, etc.
