TBest Services Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager (Electronic Manufacturing) to join our client's team in Elkridge, MD. This role is for professionals experienced in electro-mechanical assembly and ISO 9001 standards. We need a leader who thrives in fast-paced production, driving quality assurance and elevating product standards.

Employment Details:

  • Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 annually
  • Type: Full-Time/Temporary
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) eligibility after probation, and flexible bonus system

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality policies for electro-mechanical assembly and PCB soldering aligned with ISO 9001.
  • Lead and train the quality inspection team to meet quality benchmarks.
  • Oversee inspections, resolve non-conformities (NCRs), and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
  • Collaborate with teams to address quality challenges and improve processes.
  • Conduct audits, track quality metrics, and maintain inspection tools.
  • Act as the main contact for customers on quality matters, providing clear performance reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement using data-driven analysis and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Quality Management experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality systems.
  • Expertise in inspections, ECNs, NCRs, and process improvement.
  • Leadership experience with team training and work planning.
  • Proficient in technical blueprints, precision tools, and quality metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
