  • Maintain HACCP, Safe Quality Foods (SQF) and food safety systems
  • Prep, assist and conduct second- and third-party audits
  • Complete customer questionnaires
  • Monitoring and enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Reviewing, updating and monitoring written Standard Operating Procedures and SQF procedures, HACCP programs and supporting documentation
  • Conduct employee training on food safety/quality
  • Promote food safety and adhere to USDA and company regulations
  • Lead QA team
Skills And Qualifications
  • Experience in quality assurance in a food product environment is required
  • SQF and HACCP certification is required
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and problem-solve in the moment
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, exemplifying professionalism and ability to deliver with tact and resolve issues with diplomacy
  • Experience working with USDA and/or FDA is preferred
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business is strongly preferred or equivalent related experience and/or training
