Key Responsibilities Lead by Example: Promote accountability, integrity, safety, and quality across the organization. Set the Vision: Establish and communicate a compelling quality strategy aligned with corporate goals. Drive Excellence: Implement prevention-based quality systems, engineering controls, and continuous improvement programs. Manage the Team: Lead and develop QC Technicians, a Quality Engineer, and a Quality Coordinator. Champion ISO 9001: Oversee the site’s certification program across all functional areas. Develop Culture: Partner with department managers to embed a strong quality mindset at every level. Resolve Issues: Support cross-functional teams in addressing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions. Leverage Data: Refine reporting, KPIs, SPC, and visualization tools to monitor and improve performance. Train & Mentor: Provide hands-on training in quality tools (RCA, auditing, problem-solving) to strengthen organizational competency. Collaborate Globally: Share best practices, represent site and regional needs, and align with global quality processes. Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for capital investment, technology, and resources to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering required. Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience, with a proven track record in process and program improvement. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and implementation. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in plastics manufacturing is highly desirable. Apply Now!
