We are representing a globally recognized Fortune 500 Aerospace company who is actively seeking Quality Manager at their flagship plant. This company has experienced record profitability and is presently operating at an EBITA above 30%. The General Manager is looking to begin the interview process ASAP!

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Candidate will report to the Plant Manager while leading a department of (3 direct reports) and having a strong working relationship with the Director of Quality.
• Complete financial/budgetary ownership of department
• Candidate will assume ownership over both the plant quality function while working cross functionally with different departments
• Provide direction and leadership consistent with company and business plan goals.
• Maintain and develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• Direct and drive the utilization of problem solving methods for related plant and customer issues.
• Work closely with plant staff to development "HI-POT " talent
• Responsible for improving process efficiency through best practices, SOP's, and lean manufacturing.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree is required for consideration (preference for Engineering/technical field)
• Candidate should be Plant/Operations driven Quality Leader with strong background in Root Cause Analysis/Problem Solving.
• Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of Quality leadership experience within highly regulated environment
