Job Details Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year This position is located in University Park, IL and will be 100% on-site, with hybrid flexibility down the line! Overview Thriving Manufacturing company seeks to add a Quality Manager to their team! This opening is due to the previous Quality Manager retiring. The ideal candidate will have a solid background with Quality Control and Manufacturing/Lean Manufacturing. You will be reporting to the General Manager but working closely with the Sr. Engineering Manager and Sr. Supply chain Manager. You will be the main Quality person working with the team, delving in to understand root causes of issues, helping create documentation, setting the standards, etc. Benefits $1,000 Sign on Bonus 10% Incentive Bonus! (EBITDA) Health, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance! Fertility Benefits, Mental Health Assistance, Flexible spending accounts, and more! Stability! They have been in business for over 90 years and aren't going anywhere! Hybrid flexibility once you get a solid grasp on the role! Continuous Improvement! They invest in their employees.
