Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead and maintain our quality systems and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards. This role will oversee quality assurance processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of PPAP requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS) Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001 or similar) Develop, implement, and maintain PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Partner with production, engineering, and customers to resolve quality issues Oversee internal audits and support external/customer audits Monitor quality metrics and lead continuous improvement efforts Train and mentor team members on quality standards and procedures Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality role in manufacturing Strong working knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and control plans Experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong problem-solving and leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Why Join Us Competitive salary: $75,000 - $90,000 Stable, growing manufacturing company Team-oriented environment with strong leadership support Opportunity to make a direct impact on quality and operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
