Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager at our company in Milford, CT. The Quality Manager will oversee the quality control processes, implement quality assurance measures, conduct product inspections, analyse data to improve processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Process Improvement skills

Experience in conducting product inspections and data analysis

Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field

Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus
