Manage the workflow and assignments of the quality technicians. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality assurance processes and solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met. Lead problem solving meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives, working to eliminate waste and improve quality, utilizing lean philosophies and 5S’s tools. Calibrate tools in accordance with AAE and industry standards. Complete quality documentation as required. Required Skills Ability to work safely and follow safety procedures. Experience with quality standards and tools. Ability to proficiently use and read measuring equipment. Ability to work overtime as required.
