Responsibilities

The Quality Manager is responsible for leading all quality-related functions and ensuring compliance with customer, industry, and internal standards:

  • Lead quality initiatives across stamping and manufacturing operations
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Manage internal and external audits related to Quality standards
  • Support new product launches and process changes from a quality perspective
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • 3+ years as a Quality Manager in an automotive manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with stamping operations, including large presses
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
