Our client, a manufacturer of engineered industrial systems, is seeking a Quality Manager to play a critical role in advancing product reliability, vendor quality, and internal compliance. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and implement product inspection standards and quality workflows. Evaluate vendor quality systems and manage corrective actions. Manage internal quality audit programs. Participate in and lead elements of change management processes. Determine needs for First Article Inspection Requests (FAIR) and manage execution. Document and improve work processes and inspection criteria. Coordinate training for quality tools and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage non-compliance investigations and drive corrective action. Lead continuous improvement and quality-driven projects. About You Be able to do the job as described. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. 2–5 years of applied quality engineering experience. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AAR M-1003 systems. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred). Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Office and quality system documentation.
