Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager at JOADEM Corporation, located in West Hempstead, NY. The Quality Manager will oversee the development and implementation of quality control processes, perform audits and inspections at various project stages, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves preparing reports, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and improving quality assurance frameworks to ensure project excellence and safety. The quality manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Quality Plan and for the management and oversight of all quality issues. The Quality Manager shall be independent of the construction activities. Qualifications Strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality control processes, and compliance with construction codes and standards Proficiency in conducting audits, inspections, and testing within construction projects Demonstrated relevant quality experience, which establishes the candidate's experience, with demonstrated experience in the capacity of full time Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control Management. Experience working with diverse structures, including buildings, civil works, and infrastructure projects Skills in data analysis, report preparation, and documentation management Excellent communication, team collaboration, and leadership abilities Familiarity with construction management processes and safety regulations Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Certification or experience in Special Inspections, NDT testing, or related quality assurance methods Current certification in Quality Management from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) or the American Society of Civil Engineers.
