The offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling.Job PurposeMaintain and improve all quality-related activities to ensure products, services, and processes meet internal and external standards. The Quality Professional supports continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction by implementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures.Main Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and integrated management systems (IMS) Maintain quality control systems and procedures. Monitor, audit, and evaluate production processes to detect and correct deviations from quality standards. Inspect and test materials, processes, and products for compliance. Analyze quality data and create reports for management. Train staff on quality control practices and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure their products/services meet company standards. Lead root-cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives. Document all processes related to quality management and standardization. Conduct regular internal audits and support external audits.
