You’ll be hands-on in ensuring compliance, quality, and best practice are consistently delivered across all homes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review, and implement person-centred care plans using PCS systemsConduct medication audits and ensure safe practices are maintainedCarry out full home audits in line with regulatory and company standardsLead and support complaints handling and investigationsIdentify areas for improvement through a proactive “find and fix” approachSupport and coach Home Managers to maintain high-quality care deliveryEnsure homes are inspection-ready and continuously improvingAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Has proven experience in elderly care settings (residential or nursing)Has held a role as a Home Manager, Care Manager, Quality Manager, or is a highly experienced Deputy Manager ready to step upDemonstrates strong knowledge of care regulations and compliance standardsIs confident in auditing, reporting, and driving improvementHas excellent communication and leadership skillsIs flexible and willing to travel across the group’s homesWorking at St Mary’s Care Group means being part of something special.
