Responsibilities:Lead the organization’s implementation of IATF standards by creating detailed project plans, timelines, and execution strategies to ensure successful certification.Maintain ongoing compliance with all IATF requirements and ensure standards are consistently upheld throughout the project lifecycle and beyond.Provide leadership and direction to project team members to meet all objectives. Serve as the lead auditor for the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring all processes align with established QMS criteria.Perform audits covering all customer specific requirements and drive updates or improvements needed within the QMS framework.Oversee the planning, coordination, and training for all activities related to the QMS Audit Program.
