Reports to: Quality Manager Location: Selmer, TN Work Model: Onsite Your Role And Responsibilities Assisting the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Supporting activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. Showcasing expertise by reporting quality KPIs and customer cases and maintaining process documentation. Reporting quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages. Acquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes. Utilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes. Training local operational teams on relevant elements of quality management, supporting implementation, and promoting opportunities for improvement. Qualifications For The Role Require at least 2 plus years manufacturing experience. Previous Busway Experience would be preferred. Computer skills such as Microsoft Office is required.
