Location: 915 Red Iron Rd, Black River Falls, WI 54615, USA Description PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Component and assembled part layout in accordance to drawing Line Romer for quality concerns Support / Engage of deviations Support Calibration system (inspection, test equipment, functional glands) Complete capability studies on critical, major and minor characteristics Program development in PPAP principles and practices Document & record data collected on inspection forms legibly Promote quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations Assist with Housekeeping in NCM area Support Operations with NCMR process, inspect parts Follow ITAR processes when appropriate Assist NCM area with material handling, inventory, non-standard jobs etc. Perform other duties as directed by Manager EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar position is preferred SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Quality plans and controls knowledge Gauging knowledge needed CMM knowledge preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detail Oriented Must have the ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds Must have the ability to stand, sit and walk at least 75% of the time.
